at the start of each round, each player will be asked to submit which of their VOC competitors is their favorite, 2nd favorite, 3rd favorite, and least favorite. failing to do so within 96 hours from the start of a round will cost you six popularity points.
 
this is not a M-O game (miniature opinion game) or an element of a M-O game, but a requirement of the lost VOC.
 
when you are required to fill out the following form, there will be a notice to all players in clear sight on the official releases page, and your name will appear in the following list:

you cannot choose a voted out player as either your 3rd, 2nd, or favorite competitor, though you can choose a voted out player as your least favorite competitor.
